We had a difficult time deciding on the format of what, where, and exactly how we wanted to celebrate our marriage together with our families and closest friends. In the end, we decided to have two different celebrations, one in New York and one in Italy. They will occur about a year apart with the New York event happening this fall on September 27th, 2024 in Geneva, New York, and the Italian Ceremony taking place in Tuscany, Italy in the Autumn of 2025.

In lieu of holding a traditional, more formal church style wedding ceremony in New York, we have decided to have a very private wedding at our local County office building followed by a ceremonial church wedding and reception held in Italy in the fall of 2025.

We couldn’t expect to go through all of this marriage stuff without some form of celebration. After all, we have a lot to celebrate! We are in love and are making a lifelong commitment to one another and we want you to be part of that process. So, this is where you come in as our special guest …

We have decided to hold a celebratory reception party for our family and friends on Friday the 27th of September 2024 at The Ventosa Vineyard Winery in Geneva, New York from 6:00pm to 12:00 midnight. The Ventosa Vineyard venue is a picturesque, award winning vineyard that is located on the shores of Seneca Lake in the beautiful Finger Lakes Region of New York State. We will begin the magical evening with a cocktail and hors d’oeuvres hour that will give our guests time to mingle with one another and explore the vineyard grounds and outdoor covered terrace. Following the cocktail hour, we will enjoy a delicious sit down dinner prepared by the award winning Ventosa culinary staff. Your meal selection will be available later this summer when the RSVP section of the website becomes active. Good conversation, after dinner drinks, a scrumptious dessert hour and dancing to a live Brazilian inspired band will round out the evening. We hope that you and your guest can join us for this very special evening where we can all celebrate our love, and the beginning of our lives together!
